Overview

ArthaSutra is an independent finance research and education initiative operated by the partnership of Ajay Chaudhary and Nisha Chaudhary. The partnership is currently focused on developing high-quality research, educational content, strategy demonstrations, algorithmic tools and books for retail traders and learners. At present, ArthaSutra is not hiring full-time staff; however, the partnership is open to collaboration with contributors, guest authors, freelance specialists and partners who share the partnership's mission of helping retail traders build knowledge, skills and responsible trading practices.

Our Approach to Talent and Contributors

  1. ArthaSutra values expertise, practical experience and integrity. Our working model emphasizes remote flexible engagements and content partnerships. We welcome subject matter specialists, educators, data scientists, algorithm developers, technical writers and experienced traders who can contribute high-quality material or who can collaborate on projects.
  2. We are particularly interested in contributors who can demonstrate domain expertise through prior work, publications, project portfolios or verified trading or research results. Where appropriate, contributors may be invited to participate in revenue-sharing arrangements, content partnership agreements or specific project-based paid assignments.

Opportunities

1. Guest Contributors

ArthaSutra accepts proposals for original articles, research notes, tutorials and educational series. Contributors retain the right to republish their work unless a separate exclusive agreement is entered. Contributors grant ArthaSutra a license to publish, edit and distribute accepted material on the site and related channels.

2. Freelance Technical Development

The partnership may engage freelance developers for tasks such as bot development, algorithm implementation, backtesting and system integration. These engagements are project-based and will be subject to a written agreement. Typically, ArthaSutra retains ownership of proprietary code and grants the developer a specified fee and any agreed rights under the contract.

3. Research Collaborations

ArthaSutra occasionally partners with researchers or institutions on joint research projects. Collaborations will be governed by written agreements detailing deliverables, intellectual property ownership, publication rights and revenue sharing where applicable.

4. Ad Hoc Subject Matter Expert Work

Short-term assignments for video lessons, mentoring sessions, code review or report review can be commissioned. Compensation and scope will be set by written engagement letters.

How to Propose Collaboration

  1. If you are interested in collaborating, please send an email to partnership@arthasutra.site. Include a concise proposal and the following information.
  2. Your name and contact details.
  3. A brief biography and relevant links such as GitHub, LinkedIn or writing samples.
  4. A description of the proposed contribution or role including expected deliverables and any compensation expectations.
  5. A portfolio or samples of prior work where relevant.

Review and Selection Process

  1. Submissions are reviewed manually by the partnership. The partnership assesses proposals on the basis of quality, originality, relevance and capacity to deliver. The partnership may request further information or a short test or sample contribution prior to acceptance.
  2. Where a financial arrangement is proposed, ArthaSutra may require a written agreement describing scope, timelines, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality and dispute resolution. The partnership reserves the right to decline proposals that do not align with its goals or quality standards.

Contributor Obligations and Standards

  1. Contributors must warrant that their work is original and does not infringe third-party rights. Contributors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest including any financial positions or commercial relationships that could affect impartiality.
  2. ArthaSutra expects contributors to follow basic editorial standards such as factual accuracy, transparent sourcing, appropriate citations and clear disclaimers where content is illustrative or hypothetical.
  3. Contributors will be required to assign a license to ArthaSutra for publication purposes and will be credited on published material unless anonymity is requested and agreed.

Non-Discrimination and Inclusion

ArthaSutra is committed to equal opportunity and to evaluating collaborations based on merit and fit. The partnership will not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or other protected characteristics.

Future Hiring

When ArthaSutra opens formal hiring opportunities for full-time or part-time roles, those openings will be posted on this Careers page and public channels. Current priorities are to build a contributor network and to engage trusted freelancers for discrete projects.
