Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of arthasutra.site and related services offered by ArthaSutra operated by the partnership of Ajay Chaudhary and Nisha Chaudhary. By accessing or using the website or by purchasing services or products from ArthaSutra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase services.

Scope of Services

1. ArthaSutra provides educational content, research analysis, demonstration of trading strategies, strategy bot trials, premium content delivered via Telegram, direct services and sale of books and related products.
2. ArthaSutra does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. All content is educational and informational only unless a separate written advisory agreement is executed and where applicable ArthaSutra holds any required regulatory registration.

No Account Requirement and Delivery Model

1. There is no requirement to create an account to use the website or to view free content. Where purchases of products or services are made, delivery and access may be provided through off-site channels such as Telegram, email or direct file delivery.
2. ArthaSutra does not host a payment gateway on the website. Payments are accepted by direct payment methods such as UPI and bank transfers. Buyers are responsible for initiating payments and for obtaining and preserving proof of payment.

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

1. By using the website or purchasing services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction and that you are not a minor. ArthaSutra does not target minors.
2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the website and accessing services. You must not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Payment and Billing Terms

1. Payments for products and services are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. ArthaSutra will provide order confirmations and payment details as necessary.
2. Since payments are made by direct transfer, buyers must ensure correct routing information and must retain proof of payment. ArthaSutra is not responsible for misdirected payments where buyers provide incorrect transfer information.
3. Where fees are charged, ArthaSutra may change prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless agreed in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. Refunds are governed by the ArthaSutra Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Buyers should review the Refund Policy carefully.
2. For services involving development and staged work, ArthaSutra retains discretion to determine the appropriate refund amount in accordance with the agreed project plan and the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on the website including text, images, code, layouts, trademarks and course materials are the exclusive property of ArthaSutra or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the content.
2. Where ArthaSutra grants a license to use software or bots, this license will be described in the relevant service agreement. The default position is that ArthaSutra retains ownership of proprietary code and grants clients a non-exclusive limited license to use the delivered software in accordance with the agreement.

Prohibited Conduct

1. You agree not to use the website to engage in any unlawful activity, to harass or defame others, to upload content that infringes third-party rights or to attempt to reverse engineer or exploit ArthaSutra software or systems.
2. Misuse of premium content such as unauthorized redistribution or public posting of paid materials will be treated as a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in suspension of access and further action.

Disclaimers and Risk Allocation

Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArthaSutra and its partners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including loss of profits, lost data or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or services.
2. The aggregate liability of ArthaSutra for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will not exceed the total amounts paid by you to ArthaSutra in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. The partnership operates from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and the courts located in Surajpur have jurisdiction over disputes to the extent permitted by law.
