3. Hosting Provider Logs and Technical Data

3.1 Hosting and Infrastructure

ArthaSutra uses Vercel to host the website. The hosting provider will collect technical logs and data necessary to operate and secure the service. Typical log entries may include the visitor's IP address, the timestamp of the request, the resource requested, the HTTP status code, the referrer header and the browser user agent string.

3.2 Responsibility for Hosting Logs

These logs are managed by the hosting provider and are necessary for troubleshooting, monitoring, security and maintaining the service. ArthaSutra does not actively analyze personal identifiers from these logs for purposes other than measuring aggregate traffic levels and ensuring site availability.

4. Communications and Messaging Platforms

4.1 Telegram, WhatsApp and Email

ArthaSutra operates public Telegram channels, private Telegram groups and may be contacted via Telegram, WhatsApp and email. Communications you send to ArthaSutra through those channels will be stored in the messaging platform and may be downloaded or archived by ArthaSutra for record keeping and service reasons.

4.2 Deletion Requests for Messaging Content

If you wish to have private communications removed from ArthaSutra records, please send a deletion request to support@arthasutra.site providing the channel used, the date of the communication and any relevant message identifiers.

5. Payments and Financial Records

5.1 Payment Methods Used

ArthaSutra accepts direct payments using UPI and bank transfers. We do not accept payments through a website-hosted card payment gateway. When you make a payment, ArthaSutra will retain a record of the transaction for bookkeeping, tax compliance and on request for customer support.

5.2 Data Stored for Payments

The information retained may include payer name, payment amount, payment date, transaction identifier and any communication related to the payment. Bank account numbers or UPI handles are not published on the site and should not be transmitted by email unless necessary.
